What We Deliver

Integrated Low Voltage Solutions

Low voltage systems are not an afterthought — they are core to how modern facilities operate. We install all LV scopes to the same standard as our power work.

Data Network & Server Room Infrastructure

Modern industrial and commercial facilities depend on reliable network infrastructure. SK Electric installs structured cabling, patches panels, and data racks — and handles the electrical fit-out for server rooms and IT closets including dedicated circuits, PDUs, and cooling unit feeds.

  • Structured cabling (Cat6/6A) and termination
  • Server room and IT closet electrical fit-out
  • Dedicated circuits and panel boards for IT loads
  • Elevator and RTU control wiring

Access Control & Security (CCTV)

Industrial and commercial sites require robust access control and surveillance systems. SK Electric installs IP camera (CCTV) systems, card reader and electronic access control wiring, and integrates head-end equipment — working with the security system vendor to ensure clean cable routing, proper termination, and compliant installation.

  • IP camera (CCTV) system installation and cable routing
  • Card reader and electronic door access wiring
  • Security head-end and DVR/NVR enclosure installation
  • Intercom and visitor management system wiring

Fire Alarm System Integration

Fire alarm electrical is a critical low voltage scope on every new construction project. SK Electric installs the conduit, wire, and device rough-in for fire alarm systems — coordinating closely with the fire alarm vendor, GC, and AHJ for inspection and final acceptance. Our crews are experienced with NFPA 72 requirements on industrial and commercial occupancies.

  • Fire alarm conduit and cable installation (NFPA 72)
  • Smoke and heat detector rough-in and device installation
  • Sprinkler flow switch and tamper switch wiring
  • Fire alarm control panel (FACP) field wiring

EV Charging & Specialty Systems

EV charging infrastructure is increasingly required at new industrial and commercial facilities. SK Electric installs Level 2 and DC fast charger (DCFC) circuits and mounting, and handles related specialty systems — including RTU controls, building automation wiring, and communication infrastructure.

  • Level 2 and DC fast charger (DCFC) circuit installation
  • EV charging station rough-in and final connection
  • RTU and building controls wiring
  • Specialty communication and interoperability wiring

Why Choose Us

One Contractor for Power & Low Voltage

Managing separate contractors for power and low voltage adds coordination risk and scheduling friction. SK Electric handles both — giving general contractors and owners a single point of accountability for the full electrical scope, from service entrance to data port.

On the Samsung S-1 project in Taylor, TX, SK Electric was contracted exclusively for the low voltage scope — access control, CCTV, and data — demonstrating our ability to self-perform LV work as a standalone scope inside an active semiconductor facility.
